1. Who we are

Astria PRO is the platform dedicated to specialists (astrologers, holistic therapists, numerologists, spiritual counselors), available at pro.astriasky.com. The personal data controller is Astria, reachable at contact@astriasky.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, profile photo — provided at registration.
  • Birth data: date, time and place of birth — required for natal chart calculation.
  • Professional data: specialization, profile description, availability, rates — displayed publicly on your specialist profile.
  • Managed client data: natal data of clients you manage in the platform — stored securely, accessible only to you.
  • Transaction data: information about bookings and payments processed through the platform — required for reporting and invoicing.
  • Oracle AI conversations: AI sessions in the context of consultations — saved for continuity.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used — for service improvement.

3. How we use data

  • Providing and operating the Astria PRO platform.
  • Displaying your public specialist profile in the Astria ecosystem.
  • Processing your clients' bookings and payments.
  • Calculating and displaying astrological tools (natal charts, transits, numerology, solar return).
  • Personalizing Oracle AI with clients' astrological context.
  • Generating analytics and revenue reports.
  • Sending account and activity notifications (booking confirmations, client messages).

We do not sell, rent or share your or your clients' data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Your clients' data

The natal and personal data of clients you manage in Astria PRO are processed on your behalf. You are responsible for obtaining your clients' consent for processing their data. Astria acts as a joint controller for storing and securing this data.

5. Commissions and payment processing

Paid bookings through card are processed via our payment infrastructure. A processing and infrastructure maintenance fee is automatically retained on each transaction. Full details in Terms & Conditions. No card numbers are stored on our servers.

6. Third-party services

  • Authentication: account and session management via an SOC 2 certified provider.
  • Payments: all transactions are processed by a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider.
  • Artificial intelligence: Oracle AI uses enterprise-grade AI models. Transmitted data is not used for training.
  • Database: data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure within the European Union.
  • Email: transactional notifications are sent via a GDPR-compliant provider.

7. Legal basis (GDPR)

  • Contract performance — for providing the PRO service.
  • Legitimate interest — for security, fraud prevention and anonymous analytics.
  • Legal obligation — for financial data we are required by law to retain.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

  • Access — request a copy of your data.
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure — request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured format.
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.

9. Data retention

  • Account data is kept while the account is active.
  • Upon account deletion, personal data is deleted within 30 days, except financial data (retained 7 years under fiscal law).
  • Your clients' data is deleted simultaneously with your specialist account deletion, unless there are legal obligations to the contrary.
