By creating an account or using the Astria PRO platform available at pro.astriasky.com, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

• Astria PRO is intended exclusively for professionals offering astrology, numerology, holistic therapy or spiritual counseling services.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• The PRO account is manually approved by the Astria team after verifying the specialist profile.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account.

Astria PRO offers two plans:

• Pro — free after approval, with standard features and client limit.
• Pro Plus — monthly subscription (€19.99/month) or yearly (€159/year), with full features and unlimited clients.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Paid bookings via card processed through the Astria platform are subject to a transaction fee for payment processing and infrastructure maintenance. The fee is automatically retained before the net amount is transferred. The fee applicable to your plan is displayed in account settings and on the plans page. The fee covers payment processing costs, security, maintenance and payment infrastructure operations. Astria issues fiscal documentation in accordance with applicable regulations. You are responsible for obtaining your clients' consent for processing their natal and personal data in Astria PRO. You will not enter data of minors without the explicit consent of their legal representatives. Client data is confidential and accessible only to you.

Oracle AI PRO and other AI features are assistance tools for consultation preparation. Generated content has an informative and professional support character. Responsibility for final interpretations and recommendations given to clients belongs exclusively to you as a specialist.

• Your public specialist profile is indexed by Google. You are responsible for the accuracy of displayed information.
• Articles published on the Astria platform may not contain false, misleading, illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights.
• We reserve the right to remove articles or profiles that violate these standards.

It is prohibited to use Astria PRO to:

• Offer illegal services or services not in compliance with applicable law.
• Collect or process client data outside the platform without their consent.
• Automate platform use (bots, scraping) without our written consent.
• Copy or redistribute content of other specialists without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or close the PRO account in case of violation of these terms or inappropriate professional practices, after prior notification. You can request account deletion at any time at contact@astriasky.com.

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated at least 14 days before taking effect, by email or in-platform notification.

These terms are governed by Romanian and European Union law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably or by the competent courts in Romania.
